Minimum order AED 100
Hi! I want to book a laundry pickup.
Panel size and fabric decide the price, not the room.
The published price band for each panel depends on two things: whether the curtain is regular or blackout fabric, and whether the panel is small, medium or large. A small regular panel starts at AED 80, while a large blackout panel is AED 160. Send a photo and the approximate width and drop on WhatsApp, and the team confirms which band applies before collection.
Heavier fabrics, a lining, or visible staining can move a curtain toward the higher end of its size band. The exact price is always confirmed before the curtains are taken down, not after.
Take-down, cleaning, rehang, pickup and delivery.
The published price covers the full job: the team takes the curtains down at your home or office, cleans them, and rehangs them afterwards. Pickup and delivery are free across Dubai, and payment is on delivery. There is no separate charge for take-down or rehanging.
Curtains take 3 to 4 days from collection to return. The minimum order for a curtain pickup is AED 100, so a single small panel is usually combined with other items or panels to meet it.
Blinds, alterations and at-home steaming are outside this service.
Diamond Stars cleans fabric curtains, not window blinds (such as roller, vertical or venetian blinds), which need different equipment and are not part of this service.
Curtain alterations, such as shortening, hemming or resizing, are not offered. On-site or at-home curtain steaming is also not offered; curtains are taken down and cleaned at the Diamond Stars facility, then rehung after.
Questions worth asking any curtain cleaner.
Is the price per panel or per window, and does it depend on size? At Diamond Stars it is per panel, by size band (small, medium or large) and fabric (regular or blackout).
Is take-down and rehanging included, or billed separately? Is there a minimum order? Is pickup and delivery free, and when do you pay? Confirming these up front avoids surprises once the curtains are already down.
