Most of a gym's laundry is towels: small workout towels handed out at the door, larger shower towels in the changing rooms and, where there is a spa area, bathrobes. Alongside them sit the team's clothes: trainer T-shirts, shorts, track pants and front desk uniforms.

Studios add textiles that are washed less often but still need care: blackout curtains in cycling and dance rooms, textile floor mats at the entrance, and removable covers on lounge cushions or sofas. These can join a regular collection or be booked once a season.

Commercial laundry is priced through a custom quote based on which items you send, roughly how many each week, how often you want a collection and where the gym is. Send those details on WhatsApp, ideally with a photo of a typical towel load, and the quote comes back in the same chat.

The table below lists the published per-item prices for the items gyms send most. Use it to sense-check a quote or to price an occasional extra, such as a one-off batch of uniforms before an event. Payment is on delivery by cash, card, online payment or bank transfer.

Gyms are busiest early in the morning and after work, so a mid-morning or mid-afternoon pickup usually suits the front desk best. Collections can be arranged during opening hours: Saturday to Thursday from 8:30am to 2pm and from 4pm to 11:30pm, and Friday from 2pm to 11:30pm.

Agree fixed days on WhatsApp, for example every Sunday and Wednesday, and name one person at the front desk who hands over and checks the bags. If you run more than one branch, list each Dubai address in the quote request and the collection days can be agreed per location.

Let damp towels air out before bagging so they do not sit wet for hours. Keep member towels and staff clothing in separate bags, and note the count so the return can be checked against it.

If a towel has a heavy mark, such as fake tan, deodorant or a spill from a supplement shaker, put it aside and mention it. We treat stains carefully, but cannot guarantee every stain will come out.

Everything is cleaned at the Diamond Stars facility: there is no on-site cleaning and no drop-off counter, since it is a pickup and delivery service. Diamond Stars does not offer fixed upholstery or sofa cleaning, so upholstered benches and built-in seating stay out of scope; removable sofa and cushion covers can be collected.

Blind cleaning and mattress cleaning are not offered either, and there is no express service at the moment. If an item is not on the price list, send a photo on WhatsApp and the team will confirm whether it suits the service.
