For a uniform programme, the quote is built on the number of staff, how many sets each person has and how often the sets are collected. Dry cleaned uniforms come back pressed, on hangers and in protective covers, and the team can collect from one central point or from several branches across Dubai.
Staff can also book their own dry cleaning for delivery to the office at the published prices, which suits teams in tower districts such as Business Bay, DIFC and JLT. The minimum dry cleaning order is AED 65.

Regular collections are priced through a custom quote based on the item types, the volume, the collection frequency and the Dubai address or addresses. One-off jobs, such as cleaning meeting room curtains before a move-in or a batch of tablecloths after an event, can be priced from the published list below.
Office curtains are taken down at pickup and rehung after cleaning, free of charge, from AED 80 per piece. Loose carpets start from AED 35 per sqm. Both take 3 to 4 days and have a minimum order of AED 100. Payment is on delivery by cash, card, online payment or bank transfer.

Name one person who hands over and receives the bags, usually at reception or in the building lobby, and agree fixed collection days on WhatsApp. Collections run within opening hours: Saturday to Thursday 8:30am to 2pm and 4pm to 11:30pm, and Friday 2pm to 11:30pm.
Under the standard service, dry cleaning, wash and fold and ironing are returned the next day, and curtains and carpets take 3 to 4 days. The timing for a regular business volume is confirmed on WhatsApp, and there is no express service at the moment. The team replies on WhatsApp in English, Arabic, Russian, Persian, French, Spanish, German and Dutch.
Office furniture, blinds and on-site cleaning are not included.
Diamond Stars does not offer fixed upholstery or sofa cleaning, so office chairs, reception sofas and fixed seating stay out of scope; removable sofa covers (AED 40 to 60) and cushion covers can be collected. Blind cleaning is not offered, which matters in offices with roller or venetian blinds.
Everything is cleaned at the Diamond Stars facility, so there is no on-site cleaning, and curtain alterations and mattress cleaning are not offered. If you are unsure about an item, send a photo on WhatsApp first.
